- What to do when guidance doesn't work well
The Autopilot feature automatically guides you to the appropriate AI during conversation. With this feature, you can use multiple AIs within the space through conversation alone, without manually operating the 3D space.
Feature Overview
When you use the Autopilot feature, you can experience the following:
- Automatic Guidance: Automatically move to the optimal AI location based on conversation content
- Seamless Dialogue: No need to operate the 3D space, allowing you to focus on conversation
- Utilizing Multiple AIs: Efficiently interact with multiple specialized AIs
Usage Examples
Example 1: Procedure Guidance at City Hall
-
Conversation with General Information AI
- Ask "I need a residence certificate"
-
Automatically Move to Residence Certificate Counter
- Autopilot automatically guides to the residence certificate counter AI
- Screen automatically switches to the residence certificate counter
-
Dialogue with Residence Certificate AI
- Receive detailed guidance on residence certificate issuance procedures
Example 2: Product Consultation on E-commerce Site
-
Conversation with Brand Introduction AI at Entrance
- Tell "I'm looking for a laptop"
-
Automatically Move to Product Floor
- Autopilot automatically guides to the PC specialist AI
-
Dialogue with PC Specialist AI

Benefits of Use
🎯 No Confusion
Even if you don't know where each AI is in the 3D space, you'll be automatically guided to the appropriate AI based on conversation content.
⚡ Efficient
No need to move with keyboard or mouse; you can smoothly achieve your goal through conversation alone.
🤝 Natural Experience
Provides a natural experience like being guided by a guide at an actual facility.
How to Use
The Autopilot feature works automatically. No special operation is required.
-
Start Conversation with AI
- Ask questions or consult with AI as usual
-
Receive Automatic Guidance
- If another AI is more appropriate, a guidance message will appear on screen
- Messages like "We'll guide you to ○○" will be displayed
-
Automatic Movement
- Screen automatically switches and conversation with the new AI begins
While using the Autopilot feature, you can of course also manually move in the 3D space. See also 3D Space Controls.
Precautions
- The Autopilot feature analyzes conversation content to determine the optimal AI
- Automatic guidance does not occur in all conversations
- Manual operation of the 3D space is also possible
What to Do When Guidance Doesn't Work Well
If the Autopilot feature doesn't work as expected, try the following:
1. Ask More Specifically
Problem: With vague questions, it's difficult to determine which AI is appropriate
❌ Bad examples: "Tell me" "I want to ask about this" ✅ Good examples: "I want to issue a residence certificate" "I want to check product inventory"
2. Include Keywords in Your Questions
Problem: Without relevant keywords, it's harder to be guided
❌ Bad example: "I want to do a procedure" ✅ Good examples: "I want to do a move-in notification procedure" "I want to ask about tax payment"
3. Move Manually
Problem: Don't rely too much on the Autopilot feature
You can also move by yourself:
- Move with WASD keys or arrow keys
- Approach the target AI Avatar
- Start chat
For details, see 3D Space Controls.
4. Consult Another AI
Problem: If the current AI is not appropriate
Try asking another AI "I want to ask about ○○, where should I go?"
5. If Still Not Resolved
- Try reloading the page
- Try clearing browser cache
- Try a different browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, etc.)
- Contact the site Administrator
The Autopilot feature works most effectively when the site Administrator has properly set the "name" and "description" of AI Avatars and panels.
※The detailed operation of the Autopilot feature may vary depending on each Space's settings.
